HomeTown Heroes Banner Project
Started in Spring of 2022 the Walworth HomeTown Heroes (WHTH) is currently in its 2nd year of action of helping to bring honor to the men & women that have served, not only our community, but the nation, as members of United States Armed Forces.
To date, the WHTH has had the honor of helping to bring 40+ banners to the roadsides of the Walworth Hamlets. Additionally, we have had the honor of being able to partner with local sponsors to offer Veteran & family member informational nights, Farmers’ Market Voucher evening, annual Veterans Day Ceremony, the We Care: Thank You for your Service holiday dinner baskets and gifts, giveback contests, support to Guy Bringley’s Wreaths Across America annual event, and much more.
