Annual Meeting – May 17, 2021 at the Lodge – 7:00 PM
UPDATE 5/5/21 – At the 2/8/21 Board Meeting it was decided NOT to have the traditional meal, so the meeting will begin at 7 PM. Current COVID rules limit attendance to 50 people. Masks and social distancing will be expected.
The Annual Meeting and Elections is scheduled for May 17, 2021 at the Lodge in Ginegaw Park. As you may remember, we had to cancel the our 2020 meeting, so terms of officers and trustees were extended. There will be a proposal to amend/update our Bylaws to make our operations more efficient. Notice was sent to all members in the May Newsletter so that you have time to consider all of the details prior to voting at the Annual Meeting. Due to COVID, we will not be providing refreshments at this meeting. Hopefully we can be closer to normal when we meet again in September.
We are proud to announce that the 2021 Community Service Awards will be presented to Joyce Munger (posthumously) and to Ray Welker, Jr.
Following the Community Service Award, Gene Bavis will present a short program on the upcoming Wayne County Bicentennial and what is being planned.
