November 17 – “Soup & Friends” at NOON
On Monday, November 17, 2025 at Noon, we will gather at the Lodge in Ginegaw Park with SEVERAL Crockpots of Homemade Soup for YOU to enjoy FREE of Charge. This has become a very popular annual event. Following lunch, our speaker with be Dave Bruinix of the 1816 Farmington Quaker Meetinghouse Museum. They have done some amazing research AND have nearly completed the restoration of the 1816 Meetinghouse just across the border from Macedon. Dave will share the story of their progress, but also how the Society of Friends (Quakers) played a MAJOR role in early social movements (Religion, Abolition, Native American Rights, Women’s Rights and more).
